Hi, I'm Stefan. I'm the founder of Brazen and a lecturer in Management and Leadership at NIODA. My path has wandered through theatre, clown, education, youth work, organisational development, and leading play and connection in a high-growth tech company. These days, I'm obsessed with helping leaders create the conditions where people can connect, collaborate, and do their best work together. My work blends research, storytelling, play, and a healthy suspicion of corporate fluff to help groups tackle meaningful challenges with a whole lot more humanity.
