Pea is the Global Head of People at Relevance AI, where she partners with founders to build and scale a world-class team globally. With over a decade of experience in high-growth technology companies, she has led talent, culture, performance, and organisational scaling initiatives through periods of rapid growth and transformation.

Today, Pea leads an AI-native people function, managing a team of four people alongside 10 AI agents that support hiring, operations, employee experience, and people analytics. Her focus is on increasing talent density, building high-performing teams, and creating the systems that help startups scale without losing what makes them special.
